Gratitude...

This is an ongoing post. I think gratitude is extremely important and should be continual so this post will be updated with new things to be grateful for

  1. Plants: They are selfless. They are beautiful. They benefit us in more ways than we know. They bring me peace and comfort.

  2. Acrylic nails: I almost cut my thumb off when I was chopping vegetables. I am so glad I had my nails done! How would I wipe without a thumb?

  3. Dog shampoo: I love my dog, but she is disgusting. She rubbed her neck in poop. So giving her a bath was nasty but I’m grateful that I could do it. She was so sweet and I want to think apologetic. She is no longer covered in poop, and smells of lavender.

  4. YouTube workout videos: When I’m lacking motivation or I’m feeling extra homebodyish I can turn on a workout video from my phone. You can find any workout, yoga, stretching, upper body, lower body, walking, literally anything you want to still move your body.

  5. Friends: I have found a wonderful group of people to turn too for support. We can talk about ideas that we have for our businesses or goals, and its amazing. We have all created a group that is accepting of all ideas.

  6. Air Conditioning: It so stinking hot this summer. Being able to sleep at night and not melt our ass cracks off is a relief. I love that we have this luxury!

  7. Pillow Talk: The hubs and I turn very philosophical when we lay down. We ask the deepest questions and just let it all out. We never argue, its just a fun way to get to know each other more, our feelings and being vulnerable. Praise pillow talk!

  8. Teamwork. Where I fall short, others thrive

  9. Jonnys support. He works so hard for us. He wants me to succeed and believes in me.

  10. A safe home. When the outside world is chaotic, I can come home to my sanctuary.

  11. Water. I woke up so thirsty and I am so grateful for the ability to quench my thirst whenever I need to.

  12. Hugs. They feel like safety and secure and I need that.

  13. Words of encouragement. Reading about others who believe in me, reminds me to keep going.

  14. Blankets. Especially my weighted blanket. I cannot get enough of it. As soon as its on me, I’m out!

  15. School. As hard and tiring as it can be, I am creating my future.

  16. Refreshing mornings, After a hot summer, cool mornings are a nice relief.

  17. Cooking. I have not cooked in a long time, and finally getting to cook and create is nice to get it out of my system.

  18. Cleaning up spaces. Out with the old, in with the new. Decluttering and wiping down counters are a nice way to feel better.

  19. Jonny. Without Jonny I would not be able to quit. He has given me support and this opportunity.

  20. Music. The ability to calm me is unlike any other. I love listening and forgetting what I was so worried about.

  21. I am grateful for my corporate job. I have saved enough money to pay for school in cash and I can create my future.

  22. Morning. The food is better!

  23. Advil. Taking away aches and pains when you really dont have time for aches and pain is a relief.

  24. The Office. Can that show get any better? It gets better every time we watch it!

  25. Physical touch. A facial, hug, hand holding. I need it all!
